The fine print, in plain words.
Who pays the fee?
You choose for each event. By default your buyers pay it on top of your ticket price and you receive the full price. With Poster Price it comes out of your price instead, and your buyers pay exactly the price you set.
What does the fee include?
Stripe's standard card processing, and everything Eventrika does: seat maps, check-in, promo codes, refunds and the rest.
Does Stripe ever charge anything extra?
For a few unusual payments, yes, and it comes out of your Stripe balance: international cards, currency conversion and disputes. Those show in your Stripe dashboard.
What happens to the fee when I refund an order?
The buyer gets everything back and we return our share of the fee. Stripe keeps its processing fee on the original charge.
Do free events cost anything?
No. A free ticket has no fee, and a free event doesn't need Stripe at all.
When do I get paid?
Every ticket is charged on your own Stripe account, so the money is yours as soon as a buyer pays. Stripe pays it out to your bank on its usual schedule, which you can see in your Stripe dashboard.
Is there a contract or a minimum?
No. There's no monthly fee, no setup fee and no minimum number of tickets. You pay the per-ticket fee on paid tickets and that's it for us.
