How Eventrika compares

The fee covers card processing. The money is yours as you sell.

Eventrika sells tickets for your event, with buyers picking real seats on a map of your room. Every charge is made on your own Stripe account, so you keep your whole ticket price.

Free events are free, and signing up doesn't ask for a card.

What it costs

What a buyer pays, side by side.

At 5% + $1.29, a buyer pays less with Eventrika than with Eventbrite at every price shown, and the same as with Humanitix. At the founding rate, buyers pay the least of any platform here on a $10 ticket and tie the lowest at $25. On $50 and $100 tickets some platforms come out a little lower. You receive your full ticket price on every one.

Your founding rate is 5% + $0.65 per paid ticket, and you keep it (the standard rate is 5% + $1.29). One ticket per order, every fee passed to the buyer, so you receive your full ticket price on each platform. Eventrika's fee includes card processing.

Checked on each platform's US pricing page on October 4, 2026. Stripe charges a few things on its own, from your Stripe balance: international cards, currency conversion and disputes.

How Eventrika compares

Where the money goes, and when.

Eventrika is the only platform here whose fee includes card processing, and the only one that both pays you as tickets sell and takes cash at the door with no fee.

Payout timing is each platform's default: Humanitix pays before the event if you connect your own Stripe account, and Eventbrite offers payouts before the event once you've been paid for a past one. Checked on each platform's US pricing and help pages on October 19, 2026.

What the table can't show

The rest of the difference.

We never hold your money

Every charge is made on your own Stripe account the moment a buyer pays, so your money never passes through Eventrika. Ticketleap and Humanitix pay out days after your event ends.

Our fee comes back on a refund

Your buyer gets back everything they paid, and Eventrika's fee comes back to you. Eventbrite, Ticket Tailor and Humanitix keep their fee on an ordinary refund. Stripe keeps its card fee, as it does everywhere.

Your page sells only your event

Nothing on it sends buyers anywhere else. Eventbrite's event pages end with "You might also like" and "Still looking for the right event?", pointing your buyers at other events.

Built around how you run events

Your real room, seat by seat.

Draw it in the venue builder or start from a ready-made venue: stadiums, ballparks, arenas, ice rinks, theaters and more. No extra charge for seat maps.

The venue builder with a theater layout: the tools on the left, and on the canvas a stage, three orchestra sections, a mezzanine and balcony split by stairs, and a standing room area.
A theater in the venue builder. Buyers see the same room on your event page and pick their exact seats.

One fee, card processing included

Already in every price buyers see. Or turn on Poster Price and a $25 ticket costs exactly $25. Free events need no Stripe at all.

The door, handled

Scan tickets with any phone. Sell walk-ups by card (same fee as online) on a Stripe reader, a staff phone, a tablet kiosk, or a printed QR sign buyers scan to pay on their own phone. Cash, and cards on your own machine, carry no fee.

Built for buyers' phones

Buyers tap a section to zoom in, and every seat is big enough for a thumb. In a small room they pick straight from the full map. Open the demo on your phone to try it.

Your team, your roles

Invite helpers by email. Door staff see only the scanner and door sales.

Fits your event as it is

One night or a run of shows, reserved seats or general admission, public or invite-only, online or at the door.

Your own page

A page of your own with your cover photo, logo and links, in your colors. Buyers can search your events and filter by venue, and nothing on it points them to anyone else's.

Every feature is on every account. See the whole list, or the fee calculator for your own prices.

Getting started

From sign-up to first sale.

1

Create an account

We look over every new organizer account ourselves, usually within one business day.

2

Set up your event

Add your venue from a template or keep it general admission, then set your prices.

3

Connect Stripe and publish

Paid tickets need Stripe connected on your Payouts page, and every sale lands in your account as it happens. Free events can go live right away.

Questions

Things organizers ask.

What if Eventrika shuts down?

Every dollar you've sold is already in your own Stripe account, because we never hold your money. You can download your orders and attendee lists as a spreadsheet at any time.

Is there a contract or a monthly fee?

No. You pay per paid ticket sold, and free events cost nothing.

Do my buyers need an account?

No. They give a name and email at checkout, and their tickets arrive by email.

Can I use my own card machine at the door?

Yes. Record the sale in Eventrika as a card taken on your own machine, and there's no Eventrika fee on it.

How long does the founding rate last?

For as long as your organization sells with us. The offer itself is for our first organizers and will close, but an organization already on the founding rate keeps it.

Can I try it before I sign up?

Yes. The demo is the real product with made-up events. Pick seats and go all the way through checkout. Nothing is charged.
