Lets the event page find the seats you're holding if you reload it. It holds the hold's reference and its private code. We remove it when you finish checking out, release your seats, or the hold runs out while the page is open. | Until the hold ends, or your next visit to that event if the page was closed |

Other companies
A few pages load something from another company. When they do, your browser contacts that company directly, which gives it your IP address and basic browser details, as with any website.
- Stripe, on the payment step of checkout only. Stripe's payment form, and the Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons, load from Stripe, and Stripe may set its own cookies there (such as
__stripe_midand__stripe_sid) to prevent fraud. Google Pay opens in a window from Google. See Stripe's privacy policy. - Cloudflare Turnstile, on the support form, Find my tickets, and demo checkouts. It checks that a person, not a bot, is using the form. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
- Google Fonts, on every page, for our typefaces. Google doesn't set cookies for this. See Google Fonts' privacy notes.
- Organizers' images. A ticket page can show a logo the organizer hosts on another website, and showing it contacts that website.
No analytics or advertising
Eventrika doesn't use analytics, advertising or social-media cookies, and no ad or tracking scripts load on the site. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and the cookie notice first.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings. Everything listed here is needed for the part of the site it serves, so blocking it can stop sign-in, seat holds or checkout from working.
The cookie notice at the bottom of the page is there to tell you about these cookies. Accepting it only hides it; it doesn't switch anything on.
Questions
Ask about cookies or browser storage through the support form. How we handle the information itself is in our Privacy Statement.
